Intern Performance Review

Directions for supervisors: please conduct a performance review with each intern during the fourth week of the internship (June 30 - July 6) and again in the seventh week of the internship (July 21-27). Any intern receiving a rating of "capable" or better in all of the skills listed in a given domain will be awarded a digital badge for that domain.

Please be honest in your ratings, just as you would with any employee. Do not rate an intern highly because you like them or don't want to hurt their feelings.
